The Brewery of Vršac
One of the oldest breweries on these grounds, conquered the production of special beer types known under the brand Zoffmann, a regional type based on Plzen (Czech Republic) type. The production of Zoffmann light and dark beer, is based on the reach experience of the old beer manufacturers, combined with latest solutions in beer production.
The production process of Zoffmann beer brand, is performed under strict, constantly controlled and guided technological process. Ingredients of constant and exceptionally good quality are used for production of these beer types. No additives are used. No artificial ingredients are used. The quality of these beers is regularly controlled in each step of their production, in our laboratory and occasionally in the Enologic Station of Vršac.
Zoffmann beer obtained the silver and gold medal of quality at Monde Selection, Brussels.
